Brickora aims to reduce that uncertainty by preparing listings with useful photos, plain condition notes and clear item details.

Listing process

What we check before listing.

The exact check depends on the model, condition and whether it is boxed, bagged, built or pre-owned. These are the areas Brickora works through before a listing is treated as ready.

Condition

Visible wear, dust, marks, damage, loose areas and display condition are reviewed and reflected in the listing where relevant.

Completeness

Known missing parts, replacement parts, uncertainty or incomplete areas should be made clear before a buyer relies on the listing.

Included items

Listings should confirm whether the model includes a box, instructions, spare parts, stickers, figures, packaging or loose contents.

Photography

Photos should show the actual item clearly, including useful angles and any details that affect the condition or buying decision.

Official sets

Prepared for second-hand buyers.

For official LEGO Speed Champions sets, Brickora aims to make clear whether the item is new, used, boxed, pre-owned, complete, incomplete or still being checked.

Where possible, the listing should help collectors avoid the common risk of buying from unclear listings with missing or poorly described parts.

Compatible Speed Champions-style models are treated separately from official branded sets. They should be described as compatible brick-built display models, not as official LEGO products.

This keeps the browsing experience clearer and helps buyers understand exactly what type of model they are looking at.

Packing and dispatch

Built models can be awkward to ship, especially where wings, spoilers, mirrors or small details are exposed. Brickora’s aim is to reduce avoidable damage and make expectations clear before dispatch.
