Image usage.

This page explains how Brickora product photos, website images and brand assets may and may not be used.

Last updated: 12 September 2026.

Overview

Our photos are part of the listing.

Brickora creates and prepares its own product images so visitors can review models clearly before buying. These images help show condition, included parts, packaging, presentation and listing accuracy.

01

Product photos

Photos used on this website are created for Brickora listings, gallery pages and product records.

02

Website images

Homepage, category and gallery images are used to present the Brickora collection and website experience.

03

Brand assets

Brickora logos, icons, page graphics and visual assets should not be reused without permission.

04

Third-party marks

Some product photos may naturally show names, logos or packaging from third-party brands where they form part of the item being shown.

Allowed use

Personal reference is fine.

You may view, save or share Brickora pages for personal reference, such as comparing a model, asking a question, or sending a listing to someone who may be interested.

Sharing a link to a Brickora page is preferred over copying the image itself, as the page gives proper context about the item, condition and availability.

Not allowed

Do not reuse our images for selling.

Unless otherwise stated, Brickora photographs, branding and original visual assets, including AI-assisted assets created for Brickora, may not be copied, downloaded, edited, reposted, published or commercially reused without Brickora's prior written permission.

This includes use on marketplaces, social media, websites, adverts, private selling groups or product catalogues.

Brickora assets

Our rights are reserved.

Brickora reserves all rights that it is legally entitled to assert in its original photography, branding, written content and visual assets. Permission for reuse must be agreed in writing and may be limited to a particular image, purpose, location and period.

Third-party images

Some credited images may belong to others.

Where Brickora uses an image owned by someone else, Brickora aims to credit the original owner where known and use the image with permission, under licence or on another lawful basis. Ownership remains with the relevant rights holder.

If you believe an image belonging to you appears on the website and would like it reviewed or removed, please email hello@brickora.co.uk with the page, image and details of your rights in it.

Why this matters

Images need to match the actual item.

Brick-built models can vary by condition, completeness, replacement parts, packaging, stickers and display quality. Reusing another seller's photos can mislead buyers, especially where parts are missing or the model is not in the same condition.

01

Condition accuracy

Our photos are intended to show the actual condition or presentation standard of Brickora items.

02

Buyer confidence

Clear, accurate images help buyers understand what they are looking at before making an enquiry or purchase.

03

Listing integrity

Using the wrong images can create confusion about what is included, what is missing, and who is selling the item.

04

Brand trust

Brickora uses its own images to keep the website consistent, transparent and easier to trust.

Permission
