These terms explain how the Brickora website, model listings, buying enquiries and selling enquiries should be used and understood.

Purchases
The Brickora website is a product catalogue. It does not accept orders or payments. Where a product is available to buy, the product page directs customers to the relevant eBay listing, and the purchase is completed through eBay.
The price, delivery charge, dispatch information and return terms shown on the relevant eBay listing apply to the purchase.
Returns and refunds are managed through the relevant eBay order and return process, in accordance with the listing terms, the eBay Money Back Guarantee and applicable statutory rights.
The buyer is responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return where permitted. Brickora will cover return postage where required for an item that is damaged, faulty or materially different from its description.
Please use the relevant eBay order or return process to report an item that has not arrived, has arrived damaged, or is materially different from its listing.
Returned items
Brickora may inspect a returned item before the refund is completed. If its contents or condition materially differ from the item supplied, Brickora may ask eBay to review the return and provide supporting evidence.
Any refund, deduction or other resolution will be handled through eBay in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that customers have under applicable consumer law. A request to review the listing and photographs does not remove those rights where an item is faulty, damaged or materially misdescribed.

Product details may include whether an item is an official branded set, a compatible brick-built model, boxed, bagged, pre-owned, complete, incomplete, checked, or prepared for listing.

Selling to Brickora
If you offer models, sets or collections to Brickora, any initial response is based on the information and photos you provide.
Brickora may decline, ask for more information, request clearer photos, or adjust an offer if the condition, completeness, location, packaging or included items are different from what was originally described.
No sale is agreed until both sides have confirmed the key details, including item condition, price, collection, postage or handover method.
Product descriptions
Brickora may show both official branded sets and compatible brick-built display models. Product pages should make clear which type of item is being shown.
Official branded sets are described as such where they are understood to be genuine official products.
Compatible models are not official branded sets and should be treated as compatible brick-built display models.
Second-hand items may show signs of previous ownership, display, storage, building or handling.
Brickora describes the level of checking completed and discloses known missing parts or condition issues. Models are sold as photographed and are not represented as complete against an original manufacturer inventory unless the individual listing expressly says otherwise.
Customer service
Brickora aims to respond to customer enquiries within two working days. For an eBay purchase, using eBay messages helps keep the conversation linked to the relevant order.
Complaints
Complaints may be sent to hello@brickora.co.uk or raised through eBay. Return and delivery resolutions for eBay purchases will remain subject to eBay's applicable processes.
Website use
You should not misuse the Brickora website, attempt to interfere with its operation, copy the site structure for misleading purposes, or use website content in a way that could confuse buyers or imply a connection that does not exist.
Website content may be updated, removed or corrected at any time.
Images and content
